PSI’S 2012 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS AS THE ECONOMY SHOWS SIGNS OF RECOVERY

Burbank, CA – (March 27, 2013) — PSI, an industry-leading provider of professional testing services and talent assessment solutions, announced today that the company’s performance exceeded expectations in 2012.

PSI’s Licensure division was able to retain 100% of their licensure clients through a competitive bidding process, including the retention of our largest licensure client, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, servicing 18 boards. Additionally, PSI added 10 new contracts, including strategic growth in the insurance industry with major wins in South Carolina and Arizona. PSI has a stellar reputation in testing and is currently the number one provider for testing in real estate, construction and cosmetology and barber state licensure programs. Growth in 2013 will focus on the health industry.

PSI’s Certification division has also experienced growth. This division, which has been re-aligned and given a new sales focus, has grown by 12% over last year. This growth rate is expected to double in 2013. Over the years, the credentialing marketplace has recognized our deep experience and strong commitment to quality. This was demonstrated by PSI being selected to conduct a job analysis for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. PSI offers end-to-end solutions from test development to administration to results processing to data management. PSI is starting to gain international recognition as well.

In 2012, the national unemployment rate averaged 8.14 percent. As the economy starts to show signs of recovery, PSI’s Talent Assessment division was able to grow 14% over last year. This was due in part to a historical event in New York City by testing over 40,000 candidates for firefighter positions. PSI continues to grow in federal and public safety sectors.
